Job Description

We are looking for a reliable dog walker to walk dogs according to times specified by dog owners. 

The Dogwalker will visit the homes of our clients to take dogs out for daily exercise.

Job Responsibilities

  • Walking dogs in various weather conditions.

  • Safely transporting dogs to and from their homes.

  • Pick up and dispose of dog droppings during walks.

  • Must be able to handle larger dogs if needed, and keep control of a leash if a dog pulls

  • Walking for an extended period.

  • Ensure the safety of the dog and those walking around you.

  • Observe pets for behaviour issues and accompanying them to the veterinary in case of an emergency.

  • Keep the pet owner’s informed and up to date.

  • Check dogs' food and water supply to make sure basic needs are met after walks.

Requirements

  • Must love and enjoy spending time with dogs.

  • Must currently own or have at least 3 years’ experience with dogs.

  • Patient, reliable, trustworthy, and responsible.

  • Comfortable working outdoors regardless of the weather.

  • Physical strength and stamina.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Knowledgeable about canine behaviour.

  • Insured, licensed and reliable transportation is mandatory.

  • Available to walk dogs during peak walking times.

  •  Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

  • Fluency in English (knowledge of additional foreign language will be considered an advantage).

  • EU passport holder.
