We are asking 2 set of keys for safety reasons. Keys will be returned in 7 days after your arrival day.  Please don’t give us keys that we need to hang then over immediately after your arrival. This will not be possible cause of our schedule.

It is easiest to give us the keys during the free initial consultation.

If you do not have the keys ready for us, you will need to get the keys to us at least 2 days before service begins. 

You can find 4 pick-up/drop-off points in the city that have our Secure Key Locker.

The Secure Key Locker are accessible 24 hours.

 Secure Key is safe and uses a 4-digit or 3-digit combination code to ensure robust protection for your keys.

We will send you the locations and codes of the Secure Key Locker.

 There is an extra charge of €15 to arrange an appointment for pick-up/drop-off that is outside the first free initial consultation.

For locations that are not in the 4km range there is an extra charge per kilometre as described in the Extra kilometres policy.
