It is easiest to give us a key during the free initial consultation or on our set appointment.

If you do not have a key ready for us, you will need to get the key to us at least 1 day before service begins. 

 

There is an extra charge of €5 per set of keys for pick-up/drop-off outside the set appointment day.

For locations that are not in the 4km range there is an extra charge per kilometer as described in the Extra kilometers policy.

 

Alternatively you can find 2 pick-up/drop-off points in the city that have our Secure Key Locker.

 

The Secure Key Locker is outside the stores and is accessible 24 hours.

 

Secure Key is safe and uses a 4-digit combination code to ensure robust protection for your keys.
